Dr Christa Tigerstedt is an educator and researcher at Graduate School and Research, Arcada UAS, Helsinki, Finland. She has a cross-disciplinary training: M.Sc.Econ. (organization and leadership, Swedish School of Economics). and PhD (Ed, Åbo Akademi University). She is currently the Degree program director for the MBA program at Arcada. She is also a teacher trainer (pedagogical leadership, didactics) and in relation to this affiliated with Åbo Akademi University.

She is leading cross-disciplinary research projects in the Arcada Human and AI interaction hub.
