Frans has been working at DNB for three years, where he is mainly involved in supervising AI in the financial sector.

Prior to this, he held a similar position at the Dutch Healthcare Authority, after starting his career in the world of Corporate Venture Capital.

In addition to his position at DNB, Frans has an appointment at Utrecht University, where he conducts research into the effectiveness, legitimacy and accountability of government regulators.
