Since 2020, he has served as HR Manager at a non-for profit foundation, having previously held a number of senior leadership roles within the organisation. Alongside his executive responsibilities, he holds several board and trustee appointments across the non-profit sector, employer organisations, and finance. His professional profile combines close operational understanding with strategic expertise in employment law, governance, organisational development, and board practice.
