Adam is Head of Machine Learning in the Charité Lab for AI in Medicine (CLAIM). After graduating from his MSc in AI at the University of Amsterdam he has been working on AI-driven clinical decision support in a big, worldwide network of collaborator clinics and technical groups. His own research focuses on multi-modality, data-efficiency, and rigorous validation of AI methodologies. In the past 5+ years, he has gained crucial clinical understanding in neurology and neurosurgery as well as practical and executive industry experience in health startups.

While pursuing a PhD in Medical Neurosciences, he is coordinating model development and validation in multiple on-going  EU projects to realize safe implementation of AI into clinical applications.
