Julia Amann studied healthcare communication and business administration in Switzerland and the USA. Following her doctorate on patient-centered innovation (2018), she led a co-design project at Swiss Paraplegic Research to develop an evidence-based self-management app. From 2019 to 2022, she conducted research at ETH Zurich as part of an international research project on the ethical and social challenges of artificial intelligence in medicine. She has been a member of the Swiss Public Health Council since 2021. Julia Amann has been a project manager in the Strategy and Innovation department at Careum since July 2022.
