Elizabeth is a professor of strategic management at Reutlingen University, Germany. In addition to strategy, she teaches business ethics and futures thinking.

Before joining the academic world, Elizabeth worked at Mercedes-Benz Group AG from 2016 to 2022. During her time there, she was responsible for the ethics of automated vehicles and developed and implemented an ethics by design approach with her team.
