Hyoungbin Park is a Professor in the Department of Ethics Education at Seoul National University of Education (SNUE), South Korea, and serves as the Director of the Institute for Convergent Educational Research in Neuroethics and Value-Based AI (ICER-NVAI).

Her work focuses on bridging traditional ethical theories with emerging technologies within educational contexts.

Her research lies at the intersection of philosophy, neuroscience, and AI ethics, with a particular emphasis on the responsible development of AI technologies and their implications for human moral judgment and cognitive processes.

She has authored numerous books, translations, and research papers.

Selected publications include AI Ethics Pedagogy: Theory and Practice, Moral AI and Human Emotions, and BCI and AI Ethics.

Recently, her research has concentrated on concepts such as affective sociality and neuro-rights, through which she develops educational frameworks aimed at fostering digital citizenship in the AI era. She is also actively engaged in public discourse through columns and books on AI and ethics.
