Dr Michel Rouleau-Dick (BSocSc, MSocSc, LL.D) is a post-doctoral researcher at the Centre for Transdisciplinary AI (TAIGA) at Umeå University with expertise on statelessness, small states, and climate change. Dr Rouleau-Dick is interested in the relationship between new digital technologies and public international law, including artificial intelligence.

Previously he was a post-doctoral researcher in public international law at Åbo Akademi University.
