Paulina Cho
Paulina Cho is a Korean-Brazilian strategist based between São Paulo and Vietnam. Her practice spans climate solutions and cultural ventures across emerging markets.
In the past, she has managed projects across Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru), Asia (China, Malaysia, and Vietnam), and Turkey. Most of her work is on unlocking regenerative agriculture and accelerating the shift to clean energy systems. Most recently, Paulina led the implementation of regenerative farming across 45k+ hectares for a global FMCG company and the design of a new soybean regenerative agriculture credit instrument in Brazil.
She co-founded Observa China, a network aimed at enriching the debate about China in Portuguese, and AIGO, an independent bookstore.
Paulina holds a Master of Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University’s Schwarzman Scholars program (2021) and a Law degree from the University of São Paulo (2015).
