Rob van Kranenburg, @robvank, has been studying and writing about the wave of connectivity for the past twenty five years. Het set up the IoT Council (REG 010977093819-34) and the #iotday in 2009 and 2010. He worked in early EU projects such as IoT-A as well as recent ones NGI Move and NGI Forward. His most recent text Statecraft and Policymaking in the Age of Digital Twins will be out soon.

He works at Martel Innovate as Senior Policy and Communication Expert.

He is Member of General-Purpose AI Code of Practice EU Group.
