Vince is the project team lead “Responsible Algorithms” and a principal investigator in several Horizon Europe and national German grants at the QUEST Centre for Responsible Research at the Berlin Institute of Health of Charité Berlin, as well as a visiting Professor of Medical Informatics at Birmingham City University.
Vince´s research focuses are trustworthy AI in healthcare and AI ethics. Specific interests of his are practical healthcare AI-research, xAI, bias, reproducibility, and translation of AI in healthcare solutions as well as AI in healthcare product development.
Vince was awarded a Z-inspection® Teaching Certificate.
